India's Problems with rains in the west.

Hello,

 

Please advise why there are rains on the west coast of India in Mumbai

these days.

 

I am attaching India's Independence Chart. I can not figure out which

planets rule the western India.

Venus rules the film industry and since the Mumbai is the city which houses

the film industry it is facing the crisis.

 

Natal Venus of India is currently under the exact affliction of Transit

Rahu. In view of this transit affliction I had made following predictions on
