National Security Minister Martin Joseph said a total of 13 people had been injured in central Port of Spain. Officials say the blast just after 1400 local time (1800 GMT) was caused by an explosive device hidden in a rubbish bin a few blocks from parliament. But they say it is not clear what kind of device was used, nor who placed it. The blast occurred on the corner of Frederick and Queen streets - the capital's major crossroads. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/americas/4673879.stm Dear List Members, Dasha is Ra/Ma/Ve/Sa/Sa.
