Dear list members:

 

Though the chart for California is in a positive Venus subperiod,

the chart is under stress for several months due to the stationary

position of Jupiter in the 12th house, near the natal position of

12L Mercury and under aspect from natal Ketu. In March this will

intensify when Jupiter is going retrograde over these points. It

appears to me that the greatest period of stress will be about March

20, when transit debilitated Mercury (depositor for transit Jupiter)

goes stationary retrograde in the 6th house at 20 degrees of Pisces,

forming an aspect to its natal position, to natal 7th lord Mars and

to transit Jupiter. The 1st lord Venus will also be very weak at

this point, due to 80% combustion and placement in the 6th house.

 

Do others have any thoughts on this?

Yes it indeed looks like California has some pretty serious aspects

coming up.

 

Those are not the only aspects coming up at that time.

 

Mars is making a full aspect to the Uranus Pluto conjunction in the

7th house. Uranus is one degree past Neptune in the 5th house, and

Neptune is one degree past Ketu in the 4th house. Later Mars will

conjunct transit neptune and natal Ketu in 4th. Mars ketu is a fire

aspect. Although Neptune is watery or chemical.

 

You could say some film mogels boat is going to catch fire and

explode while they are intoxicated. Well that example puts a few of

the elements together even if unlikely. Just playing with ideas.

 

And the 4th lord Saturn has Rahu approaching it closely.

 

Pluto in 8th is squaring Sun/Mars in 5th house in the 2004 Varshaphal.

 

Certainly being California the 5th house/lord aspects suggest some

challenging developments in the entertainment industry. Rahu Saturn

can be a political combination.

 

But there 4th house events taking place. And Jupiter could create

losses of 3rd house matters. Financial losses of maybe newspapers,

transport or on a journey perhaps.

 

Although natal Mercury and Jupiter conjunct in 12th is a vipreeta

yoga.

 

The impression the large number of aspects happening gives is of

fairly significant events coming up in California.
