This could not have really been predicted in any other way, as Portugal, playing on their home field, and with so many big star players, was expected by everyone to win, including me. Who would have predicted this outcome at the beginning of Euro 2004............no one! Everyone was surprised by the outcome, including the Greek PM who, I think, was crying tears of joy at the result.
