Sorry for delay. here is your request : This being a mental sign and ruling the

head, brain food is the best, cereals, wheat food, very little meat, but fish in

plenty. Stimulants are not required, and all intoxicating liquors should be

avoided. The last meal of the day should be taken at least two hours before

retiring. All heating food should be avoided. All foods, which cause

fermentation or heat in the stomach, should be avoided. Animal food is not to be

recommended, but fish, cereals and meat diet are best. Pastry a most injurious.A

diet, which rejuvenates the blood and increases the red corpuscles, is the best.
