Dear Grujans how does one judge transits?

Dear Gurujans,

 

I am very confused. Does one judge transit of Jupiter from the Lagna

or from the natal moon (rashi)? If Jupiter is to transit the 5th house

from lagna, but the 6th house from natal moon, is that auspicious

transit or inauspicious.
