Possession of Flat

Dear Gurujans

 

I have booked a flat in Chennai and is under construction now. The

builder is unnecessarily delaying the completion of the project, for

a simple reason that the rates for the flats is increased

tremendously from the original booking value, and coupled with the

increase in the construction cost.

 

Now, they are playing some game and delay the completion so that the

custsomers will get frustrated and withdraw from the deal, so that

these guys can sell it at a higher price!!!!

 

Now I would require your astrological suggestions whether should I

continue with the deal or withdraw it, as I am paying nearly 30K per

month as pre-EMI to the bank.

 

Is my planetary conditions / dasa periods / transits is unfavourable

for such deals "
