You did not analyze as per details I gave you. His chart has Gemini ascendent and mercury exalted in virgo. Venus attains neechaghanga rajayoga. Diseases- only one severe spondylitis that crippled him comletely, deprived him of movement, even walking and standing. Above all the person is meeting his second death anniversary next week. You could not differentiate between the chart of a dead person and a living person. It is true you said if he is alive but you should have told the person is already dead and there is no need to tell anything further. Furthermore, you can never use any birth time as you like.
