So All i Wanted to say is

Pls dont Ignore and avoid

it is Very Very Painful Experience

That Experience cant told Be told By Words

It has to be Experienced In Real

Then Only all will feel The Pain of it

Dear Prathosh,

Sanjay gave you some remedies, are you doing them?

How can we help you, you need to help yourself.

Many people suffer like you. Suffering is due to our bad karmas, and

only you can do something about it by Chanting mantras, and serving

those less fortunate than you.

PLease spend at least 15 minutes each day praying for others that you

dont know. Get outside your pain and pray for others.

Please Chant morning and night.

If you keep posting your frantic posts , no one will want you here.

Be a nice person to have around ,calm down, learn some astrology, and

chant alot of mantras.Visit Holy Places, and pray to the Lord in your

Heart , serve others.

CALM down, be peaceful. Eat properly, sleep properly, pray properly

everything will fall into place.

I Pray for you. I hope others on this list will take a few minutes

each also to pray for the peace of mind of Prathosh who is suffering

and in great pain.
