Dear Renukaji:

Kanya lagna is very good for surgeries; navami thithi is also good.

Swati is in the list of second best nakshatras for operation and is

favourable by his natal chart considerations. But, the catch is,

Kanya lagna for this surgery fails in one important consideration

for surgeries - there should be no planet in the 7th or 8th houses

from the lagna. In this case, Mars is in the 8th house. If

possible, try to go for the earlier muhurtha with Cancer ascendant

as suggested by Shri. Gupta. Even in that case Rahu is in the 7th

house; but at least the 8th house which should be especially empty

according to the guidelines is unoccupied.

If having the surgery at such an early time is not possible, kindly

go ahead with the kanya lagna muhurtham you have chosen - preferably

before the yamakandam on Monday (approx. 10-30 a.m.). The Indrakshi

sthothram that I have sent you might help. Apart from this, chant

the following mantra:

" Om Rogaanaseshaan apahamsi tushtaa

rushtaatu kaamaan sakalaan abheeshtaan

twaam aasritaanaam na vipan naraanaam

twaam aasritaahyaasrataam prayaanti " (from Durga Sapta slokhi).

By Divine Grace your father's surgery will go well. His current dasa-

bhukti is good. Only the next ketu bhukti is more dangerous; it is

good that the surgery is happening now rather than later.

namaste DAKSHINAMOORTHI ji,

thank you for ur help. 1 have 1 query mars is in 8th house in virgo

lagna but its in aries its own house doesnt tht increase the

lonegevity of the person...i mean doesnt it strengthen the 8th house?.

plz kindly solve this query too . and thanx for indrakshi mantra i

have downloaded it and will play it everyday.

Sou.Renuka,

The mukurtha fixed by is also good since Guru in Kendra neutralizes all

doshas.Further for any cure by surgical interventions by usage of [where Agni

thraa-va-ga (alcohol) sharp instruments(surgical blades/scissors)and blood flow

can not be also avoided. Such lagna will definitely have Kroora graha sambandha

(Ragu, Mars and Surya).Even for confirmation of “rudhu” lagna for casting “rudhu

Jaathaka” we see for the presence of the factors.

P.s. Shri.Dakshinamoorthyji’s suggestion (rahu in 7th ...) can not be ignored

for subha mukurtha.
