Exchange of lagna lord and third lord - Dakshinamoorthiji

I have the exchange of lagna lord and third lord (venus and guru) in

my chart.Running venusmahadasa.I always struggle to achieve anything

in my life, nothing

worked out smoothly. Can you please suggest some remedies for me.
