Exchange of lagna lord and third lord-Dakshinamoorthyji

I have exchange of lagna lord and 3rd lord in my horoscope(venus and

guru) and running venus mahadasa, I always struggle to achieve

anything in my life , nothing worked out smoothly.Can you please

suggest some remedies for me . Thanks
