Dear Gurujis

Can you tell me how many ways a deb. planet gets neechabhanga?

 

Are the foll correct?:-

 

1 ) A neecha planet by being with its sign lord

2 ) Two neechas aspecting each other. (do both planets obtain

neechabhang?)

 

Please clarify
