Guest guest
Hello Mark, Could you help me understand something that troubles me in Jyotishsoftware calculations? For some time I've been wondering about why and howthe most well known astrogy softwares differ on the results of dahas dates. In addition to watching my transits I also lookat the smaller dasha periods as additional understanding and when we have two astro programmes who's dates for the start of Maha dashas vary by up to a week, then the study of the prana dasha and others becomespractically impossible it seems The thing I love the most about the Transits, is they are their own verification! In other words, we use the software calculations but then, we look to nature to verify how accurate the mathematics is. In the same, way I find the true Dasa sequence is really inside of us! When we get experienced enough we'll hear our own, natural dasa sequence unfolding. If you think of the various software calculations as just ways of looking at your self, then you can learn to again, 'feel' your true dasas! This experience has liberated me from the apprehension that 'it' has to be out there in any software. .. Do you know if there is anyway to find a rock steady assurity of our dasha dates? Is it as important as much I feel, to knowthe precise and accurate day? Just what I said before. The truly rock hard way to to get so good at your perception of both your transits and dasas, that you learn to 'feel' them, like the transits! Going on the predictions and advice of Panditji in Kanpur for my yagyas he feels very accurate in his dates in the way i feel them. but even with him and Maharishi Jyotish there is a small discrepency of 3-4 days on the start of my dashas. Is it better for me to give up trying to find accccuracy on this? I would appreciate your thoughts on this, for easing a " troubled small mind question " it feels. No, absolutely great that you're continuing to want to become more precise in your dasas, understanding. I find the transits more easy to be absolutely clear about, then, you get so good at 'feeling' the significance of them, that whatever feeling you're going through with the dasas, or your chart, will be understandable.... and you'll be able to adjust and learn the importance anyway. For example, if we're going through a Saturn sub-period and feeling inward, worry, impatience and frustrations, which are often how we feel during Saturn transits, then we stop and adjust and work on Saturn remedies, until either the Saturn dasas or transit periods in, or we transform ourself so profoundly, that the negative of Saturn, ceases!
