HI MARK Exaltation lord

of Libra Saturn aspects Sun in Libra so as per astrological rule ,the Suns

deblitation is cancelled 1. Exalted ruler of lord should

aspect the debilated planet Regards Puneet AhujaGreetings Puneet: I know what you

mean. However, what needs to be done inJyotish is to watch

nature and see if all the rules of Jyotish are correct or not.For example, I've watched the transits now for over 20 years; literally

made a chartof each day. And, what I've found is that these

transits are literally living all the rules and principles of Jyotish. So, if the Sun's movement through Libra, its sign of debilitation

gets cancelled dueto Saturn's aspect upon its Sign of Exaltation,

then practically we should be experiencing that. For a number

of months now the Moon, (each month) and lately, Venus, and nowMars

and the Sun have all begun moving through Libra. Practical

experience, however, has not shown that Saturn's 3rd house aspect to

be that positive.Take the Moon for example. For all the

months that Saturn has been in Leo,aspecting Libra, Saturn has been

aspecting the Moon each month.I didn't find that the Moon'

passage through Libra was enhanced due to Saturnaspecting its sign

of Exaltation.Likewise now, the Sun still feels very weak and

impaired as its moving throughLibra. I, for example, have a

Libra risin, and for 20 years, each year I've foundthat the Sun in

Libra transits were literally, the hardest months for me.This

month, I've found too, that Saturn's influence even has made the Sun's debilitation even worse! How has it

been for you? I'd love to hear from other people if they've noticed

that this years Sun debilitation easier than previous years? Thanks for sharing this idea with

everyone.Mark Kincaid
