Today:

Moon in Capricorn & Moon with

Rahu

The Moon is such a great teacher of astrology. Every day it moves

through some of the many aspects of the zodiac. Right now,

the Moon's moving close to both of the influences of Mars and Rahu.

The Moon’s being aspected both by Rahu and Mars during these

2 ½ days of the Moon’s transit through Capricorn.

Therefore this is a perfect time to reflect on both the nature of Rahu and

Mars and Capricorn.

The Moon acts as a kind of receiver and transmitter of whatever

other energies are around it, therefore it automatically teaches us about

all these things.

So, today and yesterday the Moon came under the grip of both Mars

and Rahu. Even initially, when the Moon first

started moving away from Jupiter in the latest degrees of Sagittarius you

could feel the unique energies of Rahu and Mars coming.

Then, when the Moon first burst into Capricorn, you could

really feel that unique Mars energy to do, be more active and to

accomplish. Then, last night and today the

Moon moved closer and closer towards Rahu which is running about the

22nd degree of Capricorn.

You can literally feel that unique Rahu tendency coming now. For me, Rahu always tells me something about

desires. I find myself having more desires

during Rahu periods. I feel more, I want more,

I even feel more libidos during Rahu moments.

I find this especially fascinating because of the unique placement

of my Rahu in my 5th house in my chart.

Now, looking back, I can see that perhaps I do have a Rahuish aspect

of romantic relationships, girlfriends, and love. I think these are just some of the 5th

house’s unique characteristics so it doesn’t surprise me that

I have them.

However, over time as I learned more and more, I began to realize

that there was an unnatural side to or compulsive side to this that I

never saw before. When I was young I just

thought it was natural to be so motivated. As

a result I pursued romantic relations in a way I thought was natural and

was so surprised when they didn’t work out very well.

When I learned astrology and read about the 5th house

and especially about Rahu in the 5th I thought for the very

first time; “mmmm, maybe I have an some kind of unhealthy part to

relationships?” Next to God, I thought

love and romance were the most important things.

Later I realized that perhaps this was part of my problem; maybe I

wanted it ‘too’ much. Rahu then,

often teaches us about “too much”.

Where we have our Rahu’s is exactly where we want things too

much. As a result, we have obsessions,

compulsions and even addictions.

So, let’s explore other scenarios of Rahu.

Anyone else want to share during this last Moon w/Rahu day how

their Rahu is in their chart?

For me, it’s helped me immensely, to realize this and to try

and bring more calmness and composure to my desires, in general, and

specifically with all aspects of 5th house romance and

relationships. Then, as a result I have to say

over these last 15 years I’ve achieved a remarkable turn around in

my obsessive ness with 5th house affaira.

Next we’ll go into Aquarius. When

the Moon moves into Aquarius tomorrow, this will be a great time to

reflect on Aquarius; both the positive and negative sides of Aquarius and

especially as it play’s out in our individual charts.

Tomorrow, the Moon will move into Aquarius so the vibration of Aquarius

will be more pronounced during these next 2 1/2 days. Also, Saturn

being in the opposite sign of Leo will mean that the Moon will receive the

positive and negative qualities of Saturn and Saturn in Leo, too, during

these days.

Then, we can reflect on Aquarius and Saturn and Saturn in Leo!

This really worked for me as I tend to use this all the time during my bus rides to school when I think certain aspects which may be transiting that present a harshness to the heart/mind. I tend to RAHU is always around in my second house, however, once I say the mantra, I feeling raise up around the occipital area (behind the ears), back area of my head. OH, the sense to this tells me I will be better, then move on the next mantra, until I end with Ketu (9th house). Ok mark my day was all about money..recieving it and then it going away...I have rahu in the 8th house in gemini.

I had a few clients this am and recieved about 100 dollars ..I am a hairdresser and just do a few folks in my home...anyway I needed this money very badly..even was feeling grateful..then my mother and sister come over and my mom wants to go to the casino and offers to take my sis and I ..she even gives us money..we go and I lose that plus all I needed very badly that I had earned.....so my mother the Moon involved me with rahu today and it was malefic.
