Hi Mark,

 

Don't you mean the moon is aspected by Rahu, not Ketu now (Rahu's 9th

aspect onto Libra )?

What I meant to say was that Saturn is fully aspecting Libra due to it's

3rd house aspect AND.... Sani is carrying Ketu's influence along with

it.In addition, yes it's also true that Rahu's also fully

aspecting Libra this year due to it's 9th house aspect.Thanks for the heads up.MarkPS:
