I have felt myself inside feeling kind of " itchy " , restless, and dissatisfied for some reasone unknown to me. It felt as though I were pacing like a caged animal the boundaries of my life! I could not distract myself from this feeling and so, just chose to keep noticing it and see whether it would move. Dear Riesah: You're more than welcome. I've been watching the transits now each day for over 20 years and I have to say I've never found any aspect of Astrology-Jyotish that is more revealing and helpful.Anyone who watches there every day life for 2 or 3 months in a row will discover first of all how much of my life is directly being caused by the Transits.Then, once we know that we'll probably have verified which of our planets are benefic and which one's malefic functioning.Then, we'll be able to create a self-improvement program that helps us focus on what we can do to strengthen each of our malefics. Then, in the next periods of Transits we'll be able to see if we've been able to make an improvement.The " Transits " improving in areas where we'd previously felt challenged will be nature's way of showing us our personal improvement!For example, when I first started watching the Transits I noticed I was very negatively affected by each month of Waning Moon cycles. But, as I learned how to pay more attention to this cycle and especially even, adjust myself; for example, getting more rest during the Waning cycles, immediately I began to notice powerful improvements.For you, you need to know whether your discomfort is due to #1, the Transits, or maybe it's #2 the dasas that you're also going through. And, finally it may just be in our chart's.So, whatever we're going through we're going to be able to find it in either the Transits, Dasas or our charts. Once we realize this then, we'll be able to know how long the duration is and especially what more we might be doing to improve ANY malefic situation.I'll make a copy of your chart and if you can specify especially what dates you felt discomfort then we'll be able to sort out what combination of the transits vs. the dasas you might be experiencing. Then, of course, Jyotish remedies are the real important thing to begin helping us strengthen and even develop our malefics into more balanced and even evenutally benefic functioning one's! The day after full moon, I did a fire ceremony, which seemed to help dissipate some of the accumulated angst. But it was only today, this morning actually, following a profound 3 hours of sleep (after waking at 5:30) which brought a lovely dream and a feeling of content that told me this " itchy " time was passing at last. Today I am painting a room in my house.Also, I find the exact words that we all use, especially helpful at helping us understand which planets might be acting malefically. Your words, " accumulated angst " connotates to me several things. #1 'angst' is an emotional or Moon word, and yet 'accumulated' means over time, which may have something to do with Saturn too. " Itchy " or uncomfortable can be caused by the Transits like bad weather or the bad weather vibrations may be nature's way of showing us how in-tune we are with all our planets.
