Guest guest
Hi Mark, Wow…great explanation ! Honestly, I didn’t realize the importance of aspects. Hi Pinki:Ya, aspects are extremely important. Basically every planet influences within 30 degrees of itself or within the same house. Also, every planet aspects the opposite house. You'll discover a lot of truth about your chart by understanding the influencesof the planets this way. Then, Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn have other special aspects which just need to be memorized. Mars aspects 1, 4, 7 & 8 houses away from where it is while Jupiter aspects 1, 5, 7 and 9 houses. Saturn influences 1, 3, 7 and 10 houses away. I’ve read so many books and I did not know to consider the affects of other planets in a house when seeing aspects. Btw…I’ve bought and am reading the 2 books you suggested…”Astrology of the Seers” and “A Cosmic Science”. I’m learning a lot … I’m sure I’ll have more questions for you J I look forward to them!Mark K. Please let me know when your book comes out…I’m looking forward to getting that as well. Dear Pinki: Your comment here that your friend's chart's time of birth may not be accurate is the first thing. But, even if the Virgo rising with Venus/Exalted in the 7th is correct when I ran 'his' chart he still had an important malefic negative also shining into his 7th! On his date of birth Feb. 10, 1961 he did have an Exalted Venus and if his Venus is in the 7th, Saturn the planet of separation is in the 5th, fully aspecting the 7th too! That would definitely bring some difficulties with spouse and possible separation and divorce if Saturn is not payed enough attention to. Hope this helps. Mark Kincaid How ya been? PS.... Oh, yes, Jupiter is in Capricorn too in the 5th house. And, one of Jyotish's rules is that an aspecting planet like Saturn not only produces it's own influence upon the 7th house of marriage from there, the 5th house but it'll also carry with it all the other influences that are going on in that house. Soooo, the debilitated Jupiter in Capricorn would also be going to the 7th. That, too, would diminish the natural brillance of an Exalted Venus. The other question to ask here is: Q Does he have the positive signs of an Exalted Venus? In other words is he a likeable and loving man? Venus is not only about the nature of the spouse for men but also indicative of their own affectionate or loving nature. ciao > comment: Hi Mark, > > I have a question. The time may not be accurate as their mom said it was late evening…I’m thinking between 7:30 – 9 pm… ? Thanks. Pink > comment: Hi Mark, > > I have a question. There are of course many influences that are also going on beside her one Venus well placed in the 7th... What's her date of birth info. and I'll be able to comment more deeply.
