2-Rhoda re. studying Transits .....especially Mercury Retrograde

Hi Rhoda:You asked me to share some

thoughts about the up-coming Mercury retrograde period starting

tomorrow.Traditionally Jyotish describes retrograde periods as

dangerous and negative periods.However, my own experience

especially related to the Moon lead me to open my heart toa

different interpretation.Probably because of my meditation

background I got taught about the natural rest and activity cycles of

nature.And, because the Moon's such an important planet in my

personal chart I came to understand that the much dreaded Waning Moon

period was actually the rest cycle of the Moon.In a similar

way I began to look at retrograde periods.And, even though for

many people Mercury's retrograde motion seems to go along with all kinds

of mistakes, mis-haps and challenges I started to open myself to perhaps

this Mercury retrograde may also be symbolic of it's rest cycle.Now, I experience that by resting my intellect and taking more

time to think decisions more thoroughly many of the common challenges of

hi beatriz,

ketu behaves a lot like mars, and

thus gives mars like effects.

the point to note is that , it is not

alone in leo and is in the company of saturn, which is not a very

comfortable situation.also venus being around , the 3 ketu,saturn and

venus make for a tapaswi yoga.excellent for spirituality.

being now in the 10th for scorpio

lagna and 12th for virgo lagna makes for some quiet moments , looking into

the higher sattvic aspects.

much more can be talked about , but

i leave that for the gurus.

i am just a learner and do not want to

say too much.

if there is something here which does

not sound right , please point it out to me.

tomorrow 12thoctober mercury gets

retro......be vigil and aware , and not let your mind get too

fuzzy!!

mercury retrograde period starting 12th october in libra.would love to
