Guest guest
Mark, I can certainly speak to what you are saying this morning. I woke up fresh and ready to go into meditation this morning, and as I was into my program, I noticed a little tug at the level of my heart. I knew that was the Moon pulling, at my Mars [i knew this cause I was watching how I felt, angry, irritated somewhat]. But, I continued to not let it be a serious as it felt, cause, this is an illusion, and drama. I knew what I was doing. It was a time of focusing on the practice, and I'm not concerned with it, although, it is still going on. So, as I make inroads to my day, I am certain not to fall for it, that is, Moon and Mars both in Gemini. But, one thing is interesting to me, is that it, the cycle seems to pulsate, in and out, if you will, emotionally between the two; three/in Gemini! Now, it's time to take a walk, this will help too, to de-stress, throwing off " stuff " , as you walk... Ok, stay tuned, as I want to, too!
