Guest guest Posted May 17, 2007 Report Share Posted May 17, 2007 Hi George: Finally getting back with you about how to study one's Dasas.The best way I've found to study the Dasas is to study both the Transits and Dasas at the same time. In other words, what we go through can be described by either Dasas or Transits or both!Particularly, for the Dasas the 2nd thing I recomend is that people first make an unprejudiced list of previous events that have happened to you. Then, begin to correlatewith what your Dasas were supposed to be.There should be a pretty strong correlation between what we go through and what's going on with our Dasas.My next idea here is that the Dasas have a direct impact on how we feel or our emotions. In other words as I've studied Jyotish I've noticed that the Transits affect me viscerally, or through the body, as if from the outside or the environment.The Dasas, on the other hand influence me inside. I feel the shifts of my Dasas.Professional Astrolgers can help you see your self through your chart but you just have topay special attention and keep a Jyotish journal and find the Astrological reasons for everything you go through.For example, contained within our charts, dasas and transits is the reason for probably 90% of what happens to us. Discovering which part of our Jyotish is going on is a great benefit of good Jyotish.Hope this helps.
