Guest guest
Dear Dave:So very nice to hear of your Astrological fascination too.Le'ts talk about this "wow", "eureka" or "mmmm" that we go through as we reflect upon our Astrology.I like to call this the Jyotish-Astrological resonance! In other words as we find some qualities and characteristics of our 'stars' thedistinguishing flavor is that quality of 'resonance'.Knowing this will help us study and grow within Astrology.Follow those resonances. As you described, they charm and capture us as well. And, though Nakshatras may be a slightly more advanced topic I'd be interestedin hearing from you your experiences. For example, you said you related to the particular suggestions of the nakshatrasfor yourself and your family and friends. So, can you give some examples of this?Send in your experience of yours and describe how you see these nakshatras descriptions fitting your friens/family, as well. Please include the date of birth info of yourself and anyone's chart you're reflecting on. That way others can follow your train of thought too.Fun talking with you.Markps.. I'll give one example. When I studied my chart I focused on the Sun, Moon andRising signs first. When I read about Libra I really related to the qualities of loving harmony, (Libra Rising) and yet nautrally self-critical, (Moon in Virgo), and leadership tendencies, (Sun in Leo). It's funny so many of the Astrological descriptions seem to be contradictory but as we become mor familiar with them we realize they can actually be complementary. What's helped me realize this too is understanding the Vedic model of the nature of the mind. For example the fact that the Sun's described as the deepest part of our selves, ego's or self... and exists somewhere deep inside....helped me understand the descriptions of my Sun.Likewise knowing that the Moon represents a more superficial part of our existence, more concrete then our Sun consciousness inside. Likewise when I lookwithin for verification of my Moon sign, I look towards that part of myself which is my Moon mind. , "David" <Demersonpws wrote:>> > > , "Mark Kincaid"> markkincaid@ wrote:> > Hi Mark...
