Guest guest
Rajan: forgot to mention: You can be a good Astrologer. You just have to have more patience. In your chart, your Saturn fully aspects your Mercury, which will make intellectual understanding difficult, sometimesHowever, all this means is that you need to strengthen your Saturn and your intellect will be penetrating, with Saturn's more benefic aspect!I had a similar challenge in my chart, with my Moon & Saturn together in the 12th house... However, I knew that Saturn could be improved, and as I did that, my intuition, and emotional capacity improved tremendously. hope this helps.. Mark Kincaid Namaste, I am Rajan Sundar Malla. I am not an astrologer but interested in reading astrology and spiritual topics. So I joined this group to learn on different topics. Since I have interest in astrology, however, reading through different lessons, I cannot figure out much. Maybe, I don't have that combination of planets in my chart which makes a person astrologer. My birth details are: Date of Birth: 12 January, 1976 Place of Birth: Kathmandu, Nepal Time of Birth: 11:05 AM Rising Sign (Lagna): Pisces However, there is some confusion regarding time of birth. The above time is the time recorded in my birth record provided by the hospital. But while consulting with one of the astrologer in another , he pointed out that during 1976, Nepal was following Indian Standard Time. I checked back here with some senior people (as I couldn't get anything from official source), some say that after 1986, they adjusted 5 mins. in their watch and some say they never adjusted any time. Since nowdays, Nepal Standard Time is GMT+5:45, the confusion is whether my time of birth is a) GMT + 5:45 or b) GMT + 5:40 or c) GMT + 5:30 Ranjan: My Jyotish program has your place of birth and time with a 5:30 time zone. Though one always has to look to Jyotish rectification, anyway for a verification of one's chart. In other words your life itself, will show you what rising sign you have. Also your experiences and happenings will show you which dasas you go through. Philosophically, we could be able to reconstruct the entire Jyotish chart, just looking at the details in people's lives. Hope you can shed some light on this or for confirmation, I can furnish details later. Regards, Rajan Dear Rajan: Just came across your old email. Sorry, I misse responding to it before. I was probably on the road! You didn't mention anything about your interest in Ayurveda? I especially love the relationship between Ayurveda and Jyotish. Ayurveda as taught me a lot about how to encorporate healing modalities and self-improvement prescriptions to Jyotish. Also, it's been said that to practice Vedic science, combining the practical tools of Ayurveda and add the Vedic Psychological aspect of Jyotish is an amazing tandum tool. With your Jupiter in Pisces, I definitely see your interest in Astrology. However, I also see a strong healing nature due to Sun, being your 6th House lord, in the 10th House of career.
