for me, it took about twice as much time in meditation...

 

and today, the attitude I'm taking the day off..

 

As a result the day's been going great...!

I didn't do any left-over homework, and realized that in drawing,

the E.T. was meditating for me (how cool is that),(just kidding).

 

As, I was drawing, I also realized that I was stress reducing, as I

kept on sighing as I drew. Even as I speak to you about it now, I'am

sighing, reducing my stress. So, I like the idea on focusing that

seems to help center me self.

 

It's just so fascinating to me, that my heart chakra just seems to

smile and I feel that soooo much. I just love that.
