Are these charateristics related to Mars in the 1st house.

 

Because what you written is exactly happens with me too, mainly

getting into unnecessary argument and my Mars is in the 7th house.

And I have seen many people with 7th Mars as argumentive.

 

Any relation to the horoscope having kuja dosha.

Yes, you're right. In fact, any of a number of Mars malefic influences can be responsible

for such experiences.

 

The point, however, is that Jyotish & Mars are both trying to help us see ourselves better

and make those changes that'll improve ourselves and our relations.
