Dear Mark

 

I have just recently join your , and have read through all the emails you have sent me. Unfortunately I wasn't able to see any of the graphics, or download any thing that needed to be read by adobe reader. Something is wrong with my computer and this function isn't working.

 

I am interested in getting involved with astrology and was interested in what you purpose in your email of the 14 Aug 2005 12:47:58. I am not sure I am the right person for astrology, but I believe that astrology can predict events, and I would like to try.

 

Unfortunately I have been turn off to real prediction.

 

I know what you mean.

 

When I first started studying Jyotish, and I became of the ability of 'predictions'.....

I noticed a lot of very famous, and much more experienced Astrologers then, me,

were making predictions that weren't true...

 

So, very early I made a decision that the predictive aspect of Jyotish may not be as 'right'

as other areas....

 

As a result I focused on other aspects of Astrology.

 

I am going through a very hard time in my life and recently of what little money I had left I decided to have reading by a vedic astrologer. I was disappointed in the reading because he never describe the problems I was going through, or even if when relief would be in sight. I am not down on the reading, because it may me study some books on astrology by James Braha, which open my eyes.

 

However people come to their astrology, whether through readings or books, it's an

amazing experience when you start to see 'relevance', from your chart...

 

I am including my birth data, and if in your kindness you can look at it and see if I would be good in this field. I need to do something worth while at this time in my life.

 

One of the greatest things you can do in life, that your Astrology can help you with, is

learning how to understand your life better.

 

In our charts are Astrological configurations that have to do with our strengths, and one's

that have to do with our illusions, mistakes, problems and areas that we're meant to figure

out better, and or change.

 

This is the real purpose of Astrology to help us grow.

 

If you do this, whether you find a career in Jyotish or not, is not as important.

ps..... I'll say one thing about your chart, related to be an Astrologer.

 

Anyone who's got Moon & Jupiter together, in their charts, tends to have a more spiritual

nature, then others.

 

Also, Moon & Jupiter are both in Gemini, which being an intellectual sign, gives good mental

quality for 'studying' Jyotish.

 

In my case I have Moon in Virgo, and Jupiter aspecting my Moon, so I know this is true.
