i have always been lonely since my childhood now am

Do you mean your 'rasi', or Moon's in Virgo?

 

I do too!

So, if you have a Taurus Ascendent, then that Saturn of yours is in the 6th.

 

Which is okay, accept I do find sometimes, that those with even, a supposedly good Saturn,

can tend to push, too hard, and as a result Saturn starts acting malefically.

 

Let me ask you a question? Do you find that you have good endurance?

 

Do you tend to work, too hard? In a good Saturn person, this is because you feel you can almost get away with it.

 

However, your experience shows, that imbalance has happened.

 

When we strain, even physically, working to hard, in pushing ourselves, physical stress results.

 

If we don't soon, get enough rest, that stress, becomes deeply embedded.

 

Eventually it can invade the mind, so to speak, and anxieties, worrys, even depression, can result.

 

Also, your Moon's coming up to Saturn in your chart, so that too, can affect the mind, and feelings, even depression.

 

My prescription is fairly simple. Start taking 'better' care of yourself.

 

Try and recognize and then, follow the signs, or messages from your body, or heart, that says,

you're tired, upset, irritable, or out of sorts.

 

This is nature telling you to take it easy, and get more rest!

 

We can get out of balance in 2 or 3 days.

 

So, it shouldn't be surprising, in today's world, that anxieties, and mental imbalances can result.

 

Jyotish is here, however, to help us better interpret what we're going through.

 

Once you listen to that, differently, and adjust, especially give yourself more rest, etc.

then your negative experiences can easily go away.

 

I find Exalted Saturn people can generally get this insight more quickly.

ps... perhaps you're also mis-interpretting this very good Saturn that you have.

 

Saturn does represent 'solitaryness'. However, it doesn't mean 'lonelyness'.

 

Within aloneness, can be found bliss and the whole universe!

 

Perhaps part of your challenge is also due to your Moon in Virgo.

 

Moon in Virgo's a bit of a perfectionist, and often people with Moon's/Virgo, report frustrations.

 

See, happiness is experienced emotionally or through our Moon's!

 

And, if you're always analysing, and being a perfectionist, or even critical upon yourself?

yes?

 

That too can interfere with your enjoyment.
