Dear Mark

I am really pleased that you recognise the need to look after yourself and that, like me and no doubt many others amongst the group here, the acknowledgment of the rhythms of the universe means that you recognise the need for what I always refer to as my "Hermit" periods!

I am waiting for the shift in the moon to take effect at this end ... come on, I wouldn't mind some of that bliss feeling :)

All the very best

Debbie

"Deborah McGregor" <deborah.mcgregor Date: Mon, 24 Jan 2005 08:01:09 +0000 (GMT Standard Time)Re: 2-debbieMcGregor re. sending Star reportsto friends & RetrogradeQ, > Mark Kincaid....Dear Debbie:hehehe. Actually I do quite well. You probably don't realize it cuz I seem to be busy. But others might be able to tell you, there have been long periods and/or gaps for example this Fall, when I had to do my 'construction', I couldn't do as much as I'd like. But if Astrology has taught me anything, it's how and when to take care of oneself....Thanks for commenting, though! ....Everyone: Please note that Moon went into Cancer, this morning and boy did I experience, 'that'!By 10 am, when I was finishing meditation, I felt such bliss, inside....And then, it occured to me, 'oh, I wonder if Moon's moved in already'.And, lo and behold when I pulled up my computer, Moon was at 2 degrees Cancer, at that very moment.Watching the Stars, transits, like this, making a Jyotish chart for each day for over 18 years now, has been the most wonderful way of really learning Astrology....I also find that Nature's Astrology is bigger and brighter, more wonderful, real, and sublime, then any description of Astrology I've read in Eastern or Western....That's why I came up with this concept of Nature's Astrology....To me,....'nature's Astrology',....is really the best of West & East....all, rolled into one....Take note, the next 2 days will feel quite wonderful....especially in comparison to this last weekend, then Moon goes into Leo,...and the supposed, Saturn, 3rd House aspect .... will kick in....Those next days when Moon's transiting Leo, will be a good test of the Jyotish rule that Saturn aspects the 3rd house away from itself....One counts the Sign that Saturn is in as #1, then, Cancer is 2, and Leo, is 3....After that, Saturn aspects the 7th & 10th houses away....Each day we're going through it...in my Star reports and in our correspondences....Take careMark Kincaid

Dear MarkI suffer so much from my Moon/Pluto conjunction in earthy old Virgo in the 12th all the time that I would not even notice little old Saturn putting his two pennith in! Although for me it would be affecting me in the area of business - or my life path (10th house) and it is very true to say that this is uppermost in my mind of late as we face the challenge of opening a second outlet (www.generationsgifts.co.uk <http://www.generationsgifts.co.uk> ) and also wrestle with the fact that retail is not doing as well at the moment here in the UK as it has done. And so Saturn is currently bringing out some responsibility issues for me and the Moon approaching it last week could account for a lot of the way I was feeling! Thanks for bringing this to my attention! Reading some of the messages that come through, you do a hell of a lot of good work here Mark ... look after your own energies wont you xxDebbie---- Date: 01/23/05 18:13:48 Subject: Re: 2-debbieMcGregor re. sending Star reportsto friends & RetrogradeQ, > Mark Kincaid....Dear Debbie:Have you been able to feel that Moon/Saturn conjunction of yesterday and today? It's interesting when Moon's so big, like it is now, and yet, so tempered by this Saturn presence, at the same time.Sincerely,Mark K.ps.... yes, Retrograde is very fascinating. And yes, I think you're right, the difficulties in our charts are for our growth. But, it's been a lot easier for me since understanding what the nature of these 'challenges' or malefics, are....in my chart.I, like most people, just want to move ahead, and fulfill my desires....the malefic or troubled parts of our charts, do represent where we need to grow....unfortunatley, most everyone out of the Astrology circle, don't really get the true nature of life's problems...Check out the correspondence today I did with a lady who has a son with Moon/Saturn conjunction in his chart.Sent it to 'shripal', to the group, and it's a good example about how practical and helpful it is knowing about these Astrological realities....take careMark"Deborah McGregor" <deborah.mcgregor Date: Sun, 23 Jan 2005 17:40:31 -0000Re: 2-debbieMcGregor re. sending Star reports to friends & RetrogradeQ, > Mark Kincaid....Hi MarkSome interesting thoughts and I would agree with you about the retrograde motion of the planets meaning that they are internalised and felt more as an inner force. It is so true that observation shows that when a planet is retrograde it causes more "upsets" to the the natural ryhthms of life and your example of Mercury is a great one. Through my own observations in using the medium of astrology for personal and spiritual development i have come to believe that it is the things that cause us difficulty from which we gain the greatest learning ... so perhaps those mistakes are just flagging something up for us. This would be more powerful when found in the natal chart, i.e that retrograde planets (particularly the more personal ones) are there for us to be able to acknowledge areas of potential personal growth by the mere fact that they can cause us difficulties in life.Looking forward to the next 'Newsletter' ... that beautiful moon is shining very brightly here in Gosport in what is evening here on the south coast of England!BestDebbie- Mark Kincaid <m.kincaid Thursday, January 20, 2005 5:19 PM 2-debbieMcGregor re. sending Star reports to friends & RetrogradeQ, > Mark Kincaid....Dear Debbie:I'm very happy you enjoyed this.Learning how to 'experience' the true, 'transits' of Nature,.... is one of the best joys I've learned from the study of Astrology....So, feel free to pass on to your friends. And as re. your question about 'retrograde'....being more or less intense....Experience is the best way to answer this.....Take Mercury for example. Mercury is much more bizarre, less clear, and people experience many confusions, make simple mistakes of intellectual clarity and decision makings....Sometimes, this 'feel's more intenese because the mistakes are intense. However, after more experience, it has occured to me that,....there's a kind of naturalness, to these retrograde motions...And, then, it occured that these movements reminded me of the Waning Moon....On the one hand, people generally say this is a negative and even 'evil' time of the Month, but then it occured to me,....this isn't negative, this is just inward....and those who don't honor what nature is doing, and strain against.... what Nature is doing,....do sometimes make a mess of things....and experience strife, during this time,....but this isn't due to the inherent negative nature of this force....Like that, 'retrograde' may be more a restful cycle,.... less powerful, less dynamic,...but maybe, just maybe....more inward.....take careMark K."Deborah McGregor" <deborah.mcgregor Date: Thu, 20 Jan 2005 09:10:44 -0000Re: (WAAG) Week At A Glance Tue. January 18th - Mon. 25th,2005!....... & Special Astrology Research Project!Hello MarkLoved reading your Newsletter, and will look forward to them from now on! Thanks for all the hard work you so obviously put into to enhancing people's lives. Leading a fairly hectic life I don't manage to keep up with all that's going on out there in the universe on a day to day, week by week basis, so you are a blessing in disguise! I might just even print a copy off each week and circulate it amongst my interested students if you have no objections to this. That Saturn has also been causing us Sagittarians a good few problems, as being in Gemini it has been in opposition to us. The feeling has been kind of like having the struggles it has brought to Geminis but not having any real problem to hang your coat on so to speak. I will be glad to see it moving on the Cancer and therefore giving the Capricorns the experience of us poor Sagittarians! ROFLI am interested to see the thought that the retrograde is less powerful. Certainly with Esoteric Astrology it is commonly considered as intensifying the power. In terms of self-awareness it is considered as putting the "spot light" and areas of personal and spiritual growth. This would have resulted in some kind of misuse of the planet's characteristics in previous incarnations.Would be interested in anyone's thoughts on this.DebbieP.SPlease could I forward this to the Soulgrowth Group Mark, they would just LOVE it! :)- Mark Kincaid <m.kincaid undisclosed-recipients: Wednesday, January 19, 2005 5:51 PM (WAAG) Week At A Glance Tue. LOOKING FOR JYOTISH/ASTROLOGICALRESEARCH SUBJECTS!

Finishing My Jyotish BookThis Winter.....If you're interested in participating as a research subject,Go to new I've created, especially for this purpose. Please include your date of birth info, and Rising Sign.Compensation: free Jyotish, especially related to....Remedial Measures & How we can literally change our Stars!Starlight Unlimitedm.kincaid(641) 472-0000Jyotish/Astrological Thoughts for the Day....Tuesday, January 18th - Monday, January 25th ..... 2005General Highlights, This Week: Tue. Jan. 18 - Monday 25th....Waxing Moon Cycle continues, now, from 1/18 - 1/25/2005, Moon's half full andmoves towards full Moon....Culminating in Full Moon on January 25th....Sun moves into Capricorn, Sun has moved into Capricorn and moves from the4th to the 10th degrees of Capricorn.Sun in Capricorn, .. Capricorn is such a different energy then, Sagittarius. Good next month, for focusing on the World. As Capricorn represents 'materialism', it's a good climate to work on the World.Take the Wisdoms that you gleamed this last Sagittarius month, and focus on utilizing them, in the World during Capricorn. Mars is still in it's Own Sign Scorpio,..(22nd to the 27th degree of Scorpio)Very good time, to 'do' or 'to act',or to 'accomplish'. Just be sure the intensity of Marishness, is anchored in what is right or just, and don't use this time, to flow in the malefic side of Mars.....How to tell when we're getting imbalanced even in a very 'good' benefic Mars period, like now? You'll have accidents, cuts, little burns, all indicative of moving or pushing too hard or fast! Or, you'll have disagreements, arguements, fights, etc.Good time though to stand up for something that's right, and maybe something that's been difficult to face in the past!As Mars stands for convictions and ideals...Mars is in Scorpio from Dec. 16th - January 28th....2005Saturn's Retrograde, Motion, now...stillSaturn is still hovering in the gap of Cancer & Gemini. There's much that's been written about 'retrograde' stage of Planets. Most agree that 'the' Planet' Retrograde is less powerful.Which could be positive if 'that' certain planet has been acting malifically. From the 11th to the 17th,...Sani, slowly inches backwards from the 00:08 minute of 1st degree Cancer,... to the 29:36 degree of Gemini.Don't end up doing too much during this time, as that's part of the stress, symbolism of Saturn in Gemini, sometimes.Saturn, as it's moving into what Jyotish calls 'sandhi', which means through the gap... between 2 signs...It also acts more irregularily....So, be aware if you're not being patient enough, or taking enough time, for some endeavor! This may be because Sani's kind of hidden in the gap.The way you'll be able to tell, is you get sick, having ignored the signs of increasing out of balanceness, or big disappointments, let downs, frustrations, 'all',....indicate.... a lack of Saturn, wisdom about the timing of things...If any of this happens, take a deep breath, and breathe in,....more Saturn, wisdom!Next Full Moon! - January 25th 2005.......So, 'full', Full Moon, isn't for another, 2 weeks, so that'll give 2 powerful weeks of 'waxingness'!enjoyTuesday, 1/18/05.... Moon's at the 20th degree of Aries..Moon's more dynamic in Aries, but Rahu's influence, also being in Aries, maydiminish the enjoyment of Moon's transition through Aries. There's a general quality of all the planets, now, being in different signs, not tooclose to each other, (except Mercury & Venus, only 1 degree apart), but there's avery nice, general feeling of at ease!Wednesday 1/19/05..... Moon starts off the day at the 3rd degree of Taurus.Moon's Exalted in Taurus, each month, so next 2 1/2 days wi
