Dear Mark,

 

 

 

This is really sweet. I have joined many groups - off and on - and

none of the moderators sent me a personal letter. I appreciate this

gesture. Thank you.

 

I am mostly self taught - but my paternal uncle was very into jyotish

and I used to watch him study all kinds of methods, palmistry, vedic

astrology, western charts, numerology and at the age of 14 I kind of

got drawn towards it. He gave me a few books(I think because I was

pestering him with too many questions) and told me to read them. The

interest stayed. But pressure of studies, marriage, children etc.

took me away for quite a few years. Then came middle age and my

search for my spiritual self. Since I live in India - going to

sadhus and astrologers was the path I took. Dissatisfied with them I

started searching the net for answers, and joined a few groups. That

really enriched my life.

 

I found your group on through another group called Jyotish

Remedies. So I joined.
