Guest guest
Hi Bettina and Patrice, This also reminds me of the beautiful novel: The Shipping News by E. Annie Proulx, where two (by their ex) abandoned single parents find eachother in the beautiful rough surroundings of Nova Scotia. They are nice reliable people, while their exes were whimsical unreliable and had many affairs. And yes, Patrice, the characters were also in their thirties. Have you read this book also, by chance? I was particularly moved by this story when I read it because those days I had just become such a single parent myself...
