Dear impian:

 

As you probably know, the Sun in our charts represents our Selves...and our relationship with Father.... and ultimately with God...as Father....

 

Moon is our emotional nature, Mother....and Mother Divine God...

 

In your friends chart, several obvious qualities explain 'roughness' with Father...

 

Sun's in the 12th House, with a Scoripio rising..

 

Sun is debilitated....in libra, while in the 12th House...

and

 

Sun is the exact same degrees; ie. 28th degree of Libra, with Rahu which is also in Libra,

and also at the same 28th degree!

 

This gives plenty of Astrological reasons why their 'karmas' have been the way that they are.

 

 

However, I wish you had given the Father's details, because in every relationship both people share, Astrological reasons for any problem.

 

In the Son's chart, he needs to strengthen his own Sun, as a way of improving himself, and because the Sun is also the significator for 'father' this will be a great way for him to improve his relationship with his Father.

 

Anything that will strengthen the inner, I, or Self...of this person will strengthen his Sun, and improve his relationship with Father...

 

Probably, with Sun in the 12th and especially being in Libra, he may need to become more Sun, strong within himself, as the basis of all his relationships and especially his Father.

 

Each quality of the Jyotish configuration gives some hints as to the drama, or 'reason' why he's in this situation.

 

Sun in Libra has a hidden meaning for him.

Sun in the 12th also means something specific.

and

finally,

Sun, at the same exact degrees of Rahu....means something very important.

 

In addition to these specific angles of 'his' Jyotish, we should look at the father's chart,....

 

and there are many things that your friend can do to strengthen his own Sun...

 

#1, He needs to understand that he's supposed to have a stronger Sun.

 

Sun in Libra, types I've met, often feel their constant Libra tendency is just the way that they're supposed to be....

 

Other ways of strengthening the Sun,...include powerful; what I like to call: 'Sun - meditation'...

or transcending...meditation....that enlivens and takes 'one' to the source of the Self.... pure consciousness....

stimulating that dramatically will improve the inner I.

 

#2, the other primary thing I suggest to people is to study such things as certain Vedic literature, like the Upanishads.

 

Upanishads are especially 'all about' the Sun, inside....

 

Expressions like:

 

" I am That...

and

Thou art That...

and

Allllll... this is That... "

 

are great expressions to enliven...and strengthen the Sun....

in all of us!
