Guest guest
Dear Anne: I think if Astrology, especially Jyotish is real and therefore universal, it's principles should be appropriate in 'other places'... hehhee So, we might find ourselves calculating the long/ & lat...from Mars, for example... which would produce subtle shifts in the calculations... Also, the Earth would become one of the planets, and Mars, the home planet.... I'd love to hear some enlightened thoughts from any Vedic seers, or Jyotish professors as to the philosophy of this. When it becomes closer to the reality, we'll definitely find people reflecting on this... ciao Mark " hagazussah " <hagazussa Thu, 29 Apr 2004 08:40:57 -0000 2-Anne & All: > MK 4/28.... Re: Aspects/circular charts vs Northern & South Indian styles... Hi Mark, This explanation makes sense to me. I allready had such an idea about the siderical view, which explains the 23 degrees differences with the geocentrical chart. however i would be interested how a person's chart would be when born on Mars. In the future it may be possible. I know people who would love to know how it is to live on a station which is based on Mars and how it would be to have a baby there. An interesting thought.
