Jyotish says...that you find the exact degrees of the Full Moon, during an eclipse year, and that will translate into a specific time...

 

for cst, it's 2:34pm...on 5/4th.... when both the Sun and Moon are at....20:45 degrees/minutes

Sun in Aries, and Moon in Libra...
