Hi Anne,

I have had serious problems in the past needing to shut out people's vibes. For me TM did work well (thank heavens!), but I still do more things such as imagine myself in the middle of a white light tornado if I feel I'm being focused on in a negative fashion. I also recently found a book by Donna Eden called Energy Medicine which is fantastic and one of the techniques is called Zip Up and is specifically for strengthening the central meridian which is a meridian that is extremely sensitive to other people's thoughts. You start this by tapping the K-27 points. They are 1 inch below the 2 center points of your collarbones - and cross your hands, using the opposite hands to tap each side. This gets your energy pathways flowing in the right direction in your body. Then you place one hand at the bottom of your central meridian (the bottom of the pelvic bone) and inhaling deeply, trace a line up to your lower lip. Do this with

deliberation and repeat it 3 times. Hope this explanation made sense, but it is a good technique.

Take care,

Annie

Hi Annie,

Thank you for being so considerate but I am afraid that this is also

a complicated body thing that will not work for me also.

Hi Anne,

Yes! I realized as I was writing that you probably would need to see a picture of the technique for it to make any sense at all! But Patrice's suggestion for Bach walnut was excellent. I also have used walnut with wonderful results. Also pink yarrow is good for psychic protection.

Take care,

Hi Annie,

Thanks :-) I think it is better for me to see what happens before I

decide to try it out.
