Guest guest
Dear Mark and all, >Cool, ...well, rahu can be a very successful..planet especially for >outer achievements... >but...because rahu's also there to teach us... >about balance... This is very important for me to find my balance. I know that in my western chart my moon (13 degrees sagitarius in 6) is square to my north node (rahu) of 17 degrees pisces in 10. Now I have only read a book about north nodes from Martin Shulman, but that wasn't very satisfying, because it is still very vague for me to grasp how to deal with that square. I am trying to deal with my emotions that block me from my development in work and carreer, so is there anyone who can recommend another/better book than Shulman's about the nodes? Guest guest
Anne, You need The Moon's Nodes, Crisis & Redemption by Komilla Sutton, who is an Indian writer who has a busy Vedic astrology practice in Britain. The IABN is: 1-9024050-9-9. If you can't find it on amazon.com then it will certainly be on amazon.co.uk. Komilla is one of the founders of the British Association for Vedic Astrology. Here is a link to an article about Rahu and Ketu on her website (haven't read it myself but I love her book): http://www.komilla.com/pages/rahu-ketu.html The book is very clear: deals with house qualities, placements, nakshatra placements, dasha periods, transits, aspects and much more, plus some remedial measures. Blessings, Flick.
