Guest guest
Dear Flick: I notice that especially, around the Full Moon, like now... that 'wakefulness'...is soooooo strong...that sleep....is not so necessary....or easy... but when the Moon is very small, like in 2-weeks.... I can sleep for hours! Guest guest
Well, I don't know, I followed the Moon's cycle closely for years, did ritual on full moons, one of my books is about the Moon and her phases, but last night's moon was particularly restless. It's been years since I woke in the night and just couldn't sleep. I really must put my chart up and look at my transits and how the moon ties in...no Vedic software yet so it will have to western. I find a strong energy surge at new moon too, just on the actual day of astronomical newness, while it's still dark. My husband worked for several years with homeless people with drug, alcohol and mental health problems, and he said there is a peak of unpredictable behaviour at both new and full moons, though the new moon peak is less pronounced.
