Dear Sanjay:

 

 

I've been in Heaven, myself this last year as I've discovered all these well intentional people looking to both understand more Jyotish/Astrology....in their lives...and those who are actively involved in wanting to help others!

 

This is a great dharma in life. Having been a meditation teacher for years, I find Jyotish a wonderful complement to that natural, great Vedic technology.....

 

Though I now, believe, Jyotish is even more profound, because it may, in fact, contain all the other branches of Vedic Wisdom, there within it.

 

For example... mantras and spiritual practices is looked at in one's 5th House.

The knowledge of health, including Ayurved is glimpsed at through one's 6th and 8th Houses.

 

And 9th & 12th Houses are the primary Spiritual Houses...

 

It's all there in Jyotish.

 

I used to be frustrated to one aspect about teaching meditation.

 

Sometimes I'd run across individuals who had no real interest or desire for transcendence, yet in their lives.

 

But, with Jyotish, every person I meet who has some interest in some aspect of life,.... I can help them.

 

Because the 12 Houses of Jyotish cover, literally, each and every aspect of our lives...

 

Therefore, the knowledge and especially, the Wisdom as to these 'karmas'...is something we're all wishing for....

 

And Jyotish, so easily and naturally gives great insight into those challenges and frustrations that we haven't been able to understand so far.

 

One of the greatest insights I have been so lucky to be behold has to do with the Malefics in our charts.

 

Normally we think of our Malefics as the one's that are responsible for all our problems, griefs and unhappinesses.

 

And on the surface this is true.

 

If we're having accidents, fights or quarrels, we look to Mars in our chart.

 

Coincidently it's not surprising to find that Mars is indeed, acting malefically.

 

However there's another way of looking at these Malefics, and that is...they're not only symbolic of our problems...but they're also very indicative of our Jyotish, life-affirming Solutions!

 

If we've got Mars in the 4th....and find quarrels at home, and in cars, etc. then, yes, Mars is acting Malefically....

 

However, if we look at this slightly differently, we'll see that Mars is also trying to tell us something!

 

When we have an accident, which is so obviously, un-wanted and un-desirable and we find it acting malefically in our charts.... then, we stop and say....'wow, maybe nature's trying to tell us something'....

 

In fact that's exactly what Nature is doing.

 

Nature is constantly telling us which of our actions and thought patterns are benefic and leading to our happinesses....and which are malefic and literally responsible for all our unhappinesses!

 

However, Jyotish remedies is becoming a very popular notion lately in Jyotish, and this is because we're all literally meant to unravel, decipher, neutralize and literally transform any Malefic in our Charts...into it's naturally Benefic potential!

 

For Mars in the 4th....we're hear to learn to be less Marish, here, especially.

 

So, we're having accidents?...and what does this mean?

 

We're going too fast....!

 

And the very moment we slow down, and stop acting so impulsively....then that malefic situation starts to subside...

 

Like this, each and every aspect of maleficness...just represents an aspect to ourselves that we've come to improve.
