Dear Sonal,

Recite the following Yajurveda Mantra 108 times every day for at

least 100 days according to the instructions. I hope this helps you.

tryambakaM yajaamahe sugandhiM patipoShaNam,

urvaarukamiva bandhanaanmrtyor mukShiiya maam muShya grhebhyaH

{ For correct pronunciation go to the files and in the folder “

mantra used in upaya†you will find the mantra written in Hindi

script }

Keep a little water in any bowl with a tulsi leaf in it before

reciting this mantra. When you have finished reciting the mantra you

should breathe over [ fook marana ] the bowl and drink that water

and eat the tulsi leaf. In case you do not find Tulsi leaf, then you

can do without it, just keep the bowl of water though. Do not sit on

bare ground when reciting the mantra. Use some mat etc to sit on and

do the recitation.

Sincerely,

Priya

Dear Sonal,

Yes it is in the Mahamrityunjaya format, but is not the same mantra.

Mahamrityunjaya prays for 'pushtivardhanam' where as this mantra

prays for ' pati poshanam' the husband should look after me,care for

me; pati mera poshan kare.

You can use a mala for reciting the mantra. Every day recite one

mala. You have to recite it for 100days, just one mala each day.

Sincerely,

Priya

Dear Priya,

As can be seen in the above mails I had a correspondence with you regarding my marital problem .as suggested by you I have been performing the requisite mantra from the last 93 days which will complete on 15th of September. But as of now the situation is that my family met with him had a talk, and he has said that he does not want to live me at all but still if the family persists then he may think on lines of staying together but that too from October. Please suggest the solution since its causing lot of mental tension to me as my parents are not ready to let go of any further time. Should I continue the mantra or could you suggest any other solution. My family and I do not want to end this relation .but still my family has also got fed up and want a final solution to the problem, but my husband does not show any inclination towards the problem

Waiting for your response

Dear Sonal,

The Yajurveda Mantra I had suggested was the best I could do. There

is nothing more effective than this mantra. I am not aware of any

other upaya. You could continue with the mantra if you like till the

matter is decided either way.
