Respected Guruji,Thanks for guiding me about ny Janma kundli upayas but i would appreciate if you could clarify my doubts lke:1. Are these upayas to  be done every year just like Varshaphal Upayas?2. Regarding keeping certain karak objects in certain directions, as i stay in rented accomdation so should i place them every time i shift in new house ?3. I am looking for a new house  and as i value your guidance very much i would request you to PLEASE guide me as to which direction of house is best for me and which direction i must strictly avoid?
