My employers like my work. Their clients like my work, however when it comes to giving me a promotion or a salary raise, my employers do not give me the same as they do to other (male) engineers in the company. Also, I am not given the rcognition for my work and contribution as others are. Based on the reputation of my work, recruiters are always tryiing to contact me to offer me " better job with more pay " . Due to this treatment I find it necessary to change my job every 4-5 years and with God's Grace, I have always gotten a better position with the next firm. However I am tiered of changing jobs and would like to stay in one place for the next 5-10years. Please tell me an Upaaya for this.
