Please help : obstacles in getting a job

Saadar pranaam Guru ji Please give some remedy for my problem.I have been searching for software job for a wile and I am able to complete all the rounds and after completing HR round also they send me back with out giving any reason.this has happened twice to me.Please help me to overcome these obstacles and get good job.
