Feedback and health upaya

Dear Mr. Priya, Your upaya help for my thyroid problem. After six month my thryoid lymph node does not change and remain the same size because it is very small the radiologist can not do biopsy. He advise it is better we wait and watch if node get larger then we will do biopsy until then we cannot get accurate result. Mr. Priya, thank you very much for your help. Could you please recommend upaya for my stomach bacteria. Although I do not have any symptoms because my test shows I have Helicobacter pylori. My doctor advise to me use strong antibiotic and I cannot use it due my oversenstivity. I have many side effects everytime when I start to use it and I could not finish it and the symptoms remain the same. Can you help me and give me upaya to help my situation. [ c ] Should wear black panty during this year. ( From this year varshaphala). Could you give me alternative? I am not comfortable with this upaya. Thank you very much for all your help and advises.
