My problem here is as i mentioned i am having problems in my married life, my husband and I are kind of seperated but we do live together off n on. He had sponsered me for my Green card, . I got a conditional green card, now we have to file our joint tax returns and then file again for the final green card, tax return date is April 1st but due to all the problems between us, he doesn't talk to me and i am very concerened about my tax eturn and green card.
