those working under you listen to what you say. No upaya can do it

for you.

 

However do the following upaya which might better the situation at

the work place :

 

[ 1 ] Apply haldi tilak between your eye brows every day.

[ 2 ] Worship Lord Hanuman every day.

[ 3 ] Wear a small square piece of copper in a gold chain.
