Dear Jagdish,

The two kundalis match extremely well with 28 gunas and no dosh

either.

Yes, the girl is Mangalik. If you or your parents do not have much

apprehensions about the girl being mangalik than this is a very good

match.

You can marry her, inspite of her being mangalik, with these

remedies :

[ a ] At the time of kanyadaan { time when the father gives the hand

of the bride to the groom } the father of the bride should gift two

square pieces of silver to the couple after a proper sankalp. Of

these two pieces one should always be kept at home by the couple and

should never be sold. The other piece should be immersed in a river

by the couple after the marriage

[ b ] The bride is first married to Saligram and then to the groom.

The presiding pundit will perform the rituals of marriage with

Saligram first and then with the groom.

Sincerely,

Priya

Dear Priyaji,

Thank you for the remedies. I am planning to move forward from my

side, and I hope the girls family do to. I have few questions...

1) Would it be ok if the silver is Rectangle and has small curves on

each corners?

2) Can you please give me an example of a " Sankalp " so that I can ask

the purohit to do it like you say.

3) Does the bride have to marry to Shaligram right before the

marriage. or can she get married to Shaligram when she visits India

before marriage, in a separate ceremony.

4) If we get married, we would like to have children soon.... would my

stars allow us to have them without problems?

Thank you.

Dear Jagdish,

[ 1 ] The silver pieces can be cut from a thin silver strip. If

possible get square pieces cut with sharp corners.

[ 2 ] The pandit will speak up a sankalp when her father will hand

over her hand to you singnifying that he has given his daughter to

you. At the same time he can speak the sankalp for the silver pieces

saying that I hand over these pieces to you. There is no particular

sankalp mantra for the silver pieces.

[ 3 ] There doesn't have to be a separate ceremony for her marriage

to Shaligram ji. At the time of your marriage ceremony itself she

will get married to Shaligram ji just before she gets married to

you.

[ 4 ] As for the progeny, I do not perceive any problems.

Sincerely,

Priya
