Dear Yasti,

 

[ 1 ] The milk can be left in front of any deity.

[ 2 ] the milk to be carried in paka hua kuja.

[ 3 ] Yes you will need a new kuja every day.

[ 4 ] You can do the upaya in any Paksha. But do not start the upaya

on the 4th, 9th or the 14 tithi of Hindu calendar.

[ 1 ] Yes the kuja should have a lid.

[ 2 ] You can place the milk in front of any deity. The whole idea is

that the milk is presented at the feet of a deity.
