Go to the group files and read the rules of doing the remedies before he does the upaya suggested by me. All these upaya have to be done. They have to be done according to the rules, otherwise I am warning you that they will not be effective and could possibly harm him also. For anxiety : [ 1 ] Offer at any temple a handful of chana dal for 7 days regularly. [ 2 ] Keep in the South East corner of the house 12 whole almonds [ with shell ] tied in a yellow cloth. [ 3 ] Keep in the bed room a little Saunf [ fennel ] in a pouch [ thaili ][ of dull red cloth. [ 4 ] Bring home a little water from a well or a hand pump situated inside a Hospital in a brass container. The water collected from a municipal tap will not be acceptable for the upaya. The source of water should be from inside the Hospital. Keep this container, with 4 small square pieces of silver immersed in the water, in the North East corner of your house. Keep the lid on so that the water doesn't evaporate fast. For nervousness : [ 1 ] Keep with him a few grains of rice given to him by his mother as her blessings. He can keep the rice in his wallet. The rice should be kept in a yellow cloth. [ 2 ] He should recite the following siddha mantra from the Durga sapt shati 108 times a day: shakti praapti ke liye [ to obtain strength ] sR^iShTisthitivinaashaanaaM shaktibhuute sanaatani | guNaashraye guNamaye naaraayaNi namo.astu te || Go to the group files and read this mantra in Hindi script from the Durga Sapt Shati siddha mantra file. This will help you pronounce it correctly. Keep a little water in any bowl with a tulsi leaf in it before reciting this mantra. When you have finished reciting the mantra you should breathe over [ fook marana ] the bowl and drink that water and eat the tulsi leaf.
