For past few months I am facing disturbance in my life, but I did not care much till I felt it at my work place. There has been incidents in past one month where my colleagues took credit of my achievements. It started since new Director joined our group. Everyone wants to prove himself by all means. Even my boss presented my idea as his own and pushing me to work on it further, but I do not want to work on it now. I am facing a regular push from my boss on other activities as well which are out of my job profile. I am feeling very disappointed and do not know what to do. Since I am from Delhi, it is hard decision for me to move out of this job at Noida and look for opportunity outside as there are not many opportunities around Delhi for my profile. I seek your guidance whether should I start looking for a change and would change be beneficial or just make things worse. Just want to bring to your notice that I moved to a new house just week before Diwali, 4 months now; though I do not want to blame new house for any of these.
