It is the house where the planet is placed is what decides whether the planet should be taken as exalted or not. Exalted Ketu is considered very helpful in spiritual pursuits provided that it has no relationship with venus. Such a person will be happy as far as his progeny is concerned specially the sons. I do not discuss individual planets or a horoscope in this group. This group is meant for suggesting remedies only.
